Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Sentorise. We are committed to providing high-quality, reliable energy solutions to our global customers. This Limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

If the product is used correctly in accordance with the product manual and still exhibits poor performance, Sentorise offers a pro-rata warranty remedy.

 

1. Warranty Coverage

• 12V Series (≥ 20Ah) – 5-Year Warranty

• 12V Series (≥ 25Ah) – 5-Year Warranty

• 12V Series (≥ 30Ah) – 5-Year Warranty

• 12V Series (≥ 50Ah) – 5-Year Warranty

• All 12V Series Capacities – 5-Year Warranty

Note: For any accessory not listed above, please refer to the product packaging or official listing for warranty details.

2. Warranty Conditions

• The warranty period begins on the original purchase date.

• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser. If the product is gifted or resold, warranty claims must be made through the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.

• Batteries or accessories replaced or repaired under warranty remain under the original warranty period; no new term will be issued.

3. Warranty Claim Procedure

1. Initial Contact – Email support@sentorise.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the problem.

2. Assessment – Our team will respond within 24 hours to analyze the issue, guide you through troubleshooting, and advise on optimal usage.

3. Testing & Verification – If the product cannot function normally, you must assist us in completing all required testing.

4. Return & Replacement – Once confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label (EU or US warehouse address will be given). Upon receipt, we will test the returned product and send a replacement if confirmed defective.

5. Technical Review – All returned items will be inspected by Sentorise’s technical team to determine the root cause of the defect.

4. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear or natural aging (including gradual capacity loss and cosmetic changes)

• Misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications/repairs

• Damage from natural disasters or force majeure events

• Use outside the intended application, including starter use if not designed for it

• Failure to follow the product manual, instructions, or safety guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sentorise and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product. Certain jurisdictions do not allow such limitations; in such cases, this clause may not apply.
