1.Do you offer a warranty? How long is it and what does it cover?
answer:We offer a 5-year limited warranty for all 12V lithium batteries (from the date of purchase). The warranty covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, such as abnormal cell capacity degradation, BMS module failure, etc. Within the warranty period, if the issue is not caused by human damage, we will repair or replace the battery for free. The warranty does not cover issues such as unauthorized modifications, water damage, external physical damage, etc. For more details, please refer to the warranty terms.

2.What is the lifespan of the battery and how many charge cycles will it last?
answer:Our 12V LiFePO4 batteries are designed to last about 5~8 years, depending on the usage environment and frequency. The cycle life can reach 3000-5000 full charges and discharges, and even more cycles can be achieved at 80% depth of discharge (DOD). Even after thousands of cycles, electricity The pool can still maintain at least 80% capacity. Compared with traditional lead-acid batteries, LiFePO4 batteries have a longer cycle life and calendar life.
