2. Eligibility

To place an order with Sentorise, you must meet one of the following:

• Have obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian if you are under the legal age of majority.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Online Store Terms

• You may not use our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction (including intellectual property laws).
• You must not upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code, viruses, or harmful files.
• Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account or access to our services without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated, and include VAT where required by law.
• Full payment is required before we process your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and other payment methods listed at checkout.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Once your payment is confirmed, we will send an order confirmation to your registered email address.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship to selected European countries, as listed on our website.
• Orders will be processed within the stated handling time and shipped via the selected delivery method at checkout.
• Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

6. Warranty Policy

All Sentorise LiFePO₄ battery products include a 5-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
6.1 Coverage
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
6.2 Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or incidental damage.
• Use outside the intended applications specified in the product manual.
6.3 Warranty Process
To submit a claim, email support@sentorise.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Claims will be assessed, and qualifying products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

7. Returns & Refunds

We comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which provides a 14-day “cooling-off” period for eligible customers.
7.1 Eligibility
• You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Items must be in original packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
7.2 Non-Returnable Items
• Customized or personalized items.
• Items damaged through improper use.
7.3 Return Process
• Request a return authorization by emailing support@sentorise.com.
• Unless the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method no later than 14 calendar days after the returned items are received and inspected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentorise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Total liability shall in no case exceed the purchase price of the product, except where mandatory consumer rights provide otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• For business customers: All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.
• For consumer customers residing in the European Union: You may bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence, or in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
This clause does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU or local laws.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, legal requirements, or other reasons.
